We had our colour appointment on easter saturday didnt go so well, We couldnt comfirm anything as we were not really happy with the help we got with colours. So i have made a second appointment it's on anzac day but we have picked our colours and just need to let them know what we want. I will post some pictures soon on our colour sections, but they are as follows for the outside of the house.
urban one pepper brick for sure, one choice down
roof tile: Classic gun metal
gutter and barge : Ironstone
fascia : Dune
windows : Anotec natural matt
driveway : Storm grey maybe?
render : Dune
garage door : Timbagrain- classic cedar
Well we are almost 100% sure on these colours now

Mark & Martin, Congrats on your progress so far building your new home. Have been following your progress and have noticed you are following ours. To answer your question in regards to our hiccup getting our DA approved. Because we opted for a 3rd Garage it threw out our facade ratio (garage door vs living area). Problem was easily fixed by increasing the size of our master suite by 60cm. Goodluck building and look forward to watching your progress
